I am a plumber and gas fitter with over 30 years in the industry.
Sent this to a Plumbing mate. A well known company beginning with W installed this.
A back to wall pan actually CUT with a still saw instead of getting a toilet that suited the installation. They even managed to split the jam nut on the flush valve and used silicon to attempt to seal it.
The customer unfortunately got a botch job from these cowboys.
Managed to sort it though.

Remember this…. well after a month and a few days I hope to get the van back. The auto gear box suffered a severe fault that I will try and claim back from Citroen. £3600 bill. For a van 3 years 4 month that is shocking imo.
I have had to turn down jobs as I just couldn’t carry them out as 3/4 of my tools and stock is locked in the back of my van.
But today I got good news and the van should be ready on Friday.
My fight with Citroen is next….3 year old van off the road just now.
Thanks Citroën . This shouldn’t happen to a van this old with full service history
